Nicole’s passion for commercial real estate began early in life by learning from family as they developed properties throughout the Durham Region. Nigel is the former President and COO of Canada’s largest quick-service chicken chain, where he played a key role in driving its expansion nationwide. His career also includes extensive international business experience across Europe, Asia, South America, and the Caribbean. With over 30 years in senior management positions, Nigel shifted his focus to helping others achieve their entrepreneurial goals. As a commercial specialist on the Reid James team, he now enjoys leading clients in finding the right businesses and locations while offering invaluable insights drawn from his deep business experience.
Since immigrating from Northern Ireland, Nigel has made Durham Region his home, where he maintains strong connections within the local business and community networks.
